Aimee has worked in Tacoma doing hair behind the chair for 12 years and opened RISE in 2019. She specializes in blonding, extensions, and brazilian blowouts. She has a personal and special relationship with every guest who sits in her chair. She feels passionate about anything color related and is so thankful for her wonderful team of stylists she is surrounded with at RISE. She wants RISE to always continue to stay an uplifting environment in our Tacoma community and to help others.

Specializing in all services, Emily has an eye for detail and excels in thorough color applications. She can do anything from short fun cuts to the longest hair. She loves lived in colors and also playing with some bright fun color pops! She is such a wonderful asset to the RISE team of stylists! You will feel so welcomed when in her chair.

Lili can do it all. When she is not teaching at PURE BARRE around the corner she is busy at RISE. She is a 10 year balayage artist and worked at a high end Aveda salon before joining us at RISE. There truly isn't anything Lili can't do and she really listens to her clients, delivering the best every time.

Ashley is a licensed stylist with a passion for blonding and lived-in color, having been in the industry since 2020. With a deep focus on hair health, Ashley is dedicated to helping clients achieve their best and healthiest hair while still embracing color. She believes that beautiful hair and optimal hair health can go hand in hand, and works closely with each client to create personalized color transformations that maintain the integrity of their hair.
